Androgen receptor modulator S-4(Andarine)

S-4(Andarine) is a selective androgen receptor modulator. Its full name is S-40503, or S-4 for short, and its trade name is Andarine, which was developed by Japanese pharmaceutical company KakenPharmaceuticals as a treatment for osteoporosis. S-4 functions similarly to the steroids Conlillon and Oxyandrosaurus, but it is not a steroid.

Function and characteristics of S-4(Andarine) S-4 has a strong affinity with the androgen receptors of bone and muscle, and the binding degree is very good. Although it doesn’t cause the massive muscle and weight gain that Qunbolone does, it has a surprising effect on fat loss. Why? S-4 has the highest androgen index and lowest anabolism of the SARMS products, and when androgens attach to the androgen receptors in adipose tissue or fat (which we also have in fat) they trigger fat oxidation.

This SARM is selective and has no significant prostatic activity. S-4 has poor effect on muscle growth at lower doses and usually requires large doses to induce a modest lean body mass gain. As I mentioned earlier, S-4 functions like Corylone and Oxyandrosaurus, but S-4 does not have the associated androgen side effects.

SARM is particularly effective in strengthening, preserving and even building bone mass.

The role of S-4(Andarine)

S-4 helps oxidize fat and keeps the body from catabolic during a low-calorie diet, which is its main role. S-4 makes muscles stiffer, drier, more defined and increases vascular distribution. It provides significant gains in strength and endurance even in caloric conditions. At higher doses, it can lead to some lean body mass gain. S-4 is often used in combination with other SARMS because its effect on lean body mass gain is not significant on its own, although S-4 can also be used alone during fat loss and provide excellent results.

Estrogen: S-4 does not aromatize into estrogen and has no estrogenic activity of its own, with none of the side effects associated with estrogen

Androgen: S-4 has no androgen properties and therefore does not have androgen side effects

Cardiovascular: S-4 has no negative effects on cardiovascular health

Testosterone inhibition: S-4 shows very slight inhibition at high doses, although not as much as LGD-4033, but more inhibition than MK-2886

Hepatotoxicity: S-4 is nontoxic to the liver.

Use of S-4(Andarine)

The recommended daily dose of S-4 is 50-75mg, up to 100mg if your body is tolerant, but I recommend starting with a low dose and increasing gradually to avoid unwanted side effects. S-4 has a 4-hour half-life, so take it at least twice a day, preferably in three doses, and S4 is best used for up to 8 weeks, as there is no liver toxicity and longer periods are not dangerous to the liver.
