Usage:
Cholecystokinin (CCK) is a multimolecular peptide with dual distribution in the brain and intestine. It is composed of 33 amino acids and has the functions of hormone and neurotransmitter. sincalide is an octageptide molecule, a fragment of cholecystokinin, with all the biological activities of cholecystokinin. It is a synthetic Octapeptide, mainly used to promote gallbladder contraction, gallbladder diagnostic reagent, clinical use in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis. It is found that pancreatic secretion function is significantly improved. The symptoms were significantly reduced.
Cholecystokinocateptide is commonly used in clinical practice to cooperate with and strengthen pancreatic exocrine function examination.
